ABOUT GREENSORT
The founding team has over 20 years of experience in the metal recycling industry. Under the leadership of CEO Steven, in 2006 we starting from a small team of only 10 people, after more than 20 years of development, Greensort has become a metal recycling plant engineering company with over 40 technical engineers and 200+ stuffs. Greensort's headquarter is located in Shanghai, and its facilities are in Guangdong and Zhejiang. Currently, we have world-leading metal shredding &sorting technologies, providing complete metal recycling solutions for customers in the industries of scrap steel, scrap aluminum, electronic waste, and scrap copper. Due to business growing in EU market, we have set up office in Europe in 2024. In the near future (2026), we will own India and South Africa offices and promoting our new metal recycling technology. Our goal is to provide customers with continuously improved metal recycling solutions. We are confidence to meet the requirement of our targt customers (who with certain economic strength and scale) for their metal recycling demands.

X ray fluoresces(XRF) sorter lunched
The X-ray sorter-GSXRF model Is a new generation of chute type optical sorting machine, specially developed for metal recovery. The advanced chute feeding device improves the sorting efficiency and accuracy of scrap metal. X-ray fluorescence was used to analyze the chemical composition of the material. Compared to other sorting techniques, moisture, color and surface contamination of the material do not have any negative impact on detection. The high sorting efficiency of the XRF X ray sorter results in higher value products. With the pre-set sorting program, different sorting steps can be carried out on the same device, so the technology has the characteristics of multi-purpose.

X ray transmission(XRT) sorter Lunchded
The X-ray sorter adopts a new generation of X-ray transmission technology, which adopts high dual-energy metal separation. Dual-energy sensors can recognize different metal materials regardless of thickness; It is mainly used to separate heavy metals and light metals from mixed metals, and is usually installed at post of the eddy current separator to recover the non-ferrous metals in the ECS residual material. X-Ray sorter is based on the detection of different materials by means of the atomic particle density. Heavy metals are shown dark and light metals or organic materials are shown brighter or indistinct in the original images from the XRT sensor. For the use of XRT technology for sorting recycle enabled aluminum, the machine software is created according to the findings of the processor so that certain material is displayed in specific colors. For example, choose light gray or white for aluminum, red for copper, yellow for brass, blue for zinc, green for stainless steel and black for lead. In this way, recognition and display for sorting is easily possible.
