A new ASR plant(Greensort) starts to erecting in the new area of Automotive recycler yard. Up to 30TPH capacity, The new facility will bring high profit for customer-our regular partner. And the profit can be stable and continous when it operating for a long time.

This 30TPH ASR plant with advanced v3.0 Eddy current separators, High intensity magnetic separators, high efficiency Zig zag air separators, high sensitive metal sensor sorters.

Customer has visited our manufacture center for two times to check our production capacity and equipment quality. Our mudular design gained apprval, and CE certificated design also meet high quality equipment reqiurement. After the factory audit, customer also visited our on-opearting ASR plant to check the performance of the plant running. As advanced design, our metal recovery ratio and metal purity ratio have reach good results. So after two month design job, it’s new ASR plant design has approved.

After confirmed the design, Our factory take 3 months to manufactured all the equipment and tested all machine in factory to keep the project on going smooth. The pre-assembly job is very important to check every details to avoid any defult when assmbled on customer’s site.
