Equipment Introduction

Description:
GREENSORT Pre shredder is mainly used for pre-shredding of used vehicles, heavy scrap steel, and baled aluminum profiles. The overall structure of the machine is as follows:
1) The entire welded pressure-bearing housing assembly.
The machine is made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates and is welded as a whole. The exterior is densely covered with grid reinforcing rib grids. The synchronous shredding impact load on the dual axes is extremely high. The reinforcing structure prevents the box from deforming and weld seam cracking; the steel plates are treated with wear-resistant overlay welding to resist continuous material erosion.
2) The upper feeding hopper
An open-top super-large volume feeding port at the top, with a reinforced grid top plate, is suitable for direct loading by forklifts / grab buckets, and can accommodate vehicle shells and large metal components; the hopper is designed with an elevated design to prevent material splashing during crushing.
3) The dual-axis shredding main chamber
The internal cavity is parallelly arranged with two tearing main shafts, which are the core shearing operation area; the inner wall of the cavity is pre-installed with fixed wear-resistant plates, and after the material is interlocked and bitten by the dual-axis moving knives, the tearing and shearing pre-shredding is completed; the cavity is fully sealed, and reserved flange interfaces for dust removal and spray dust suppression.
4) The downward inclined discharge guide hopper
The cavity below has a large-angle inclined surface discharge structure, and the shredded materials rely on their own weight to slide down, without any accumulation.
5) The vertical supporting steel frame base
The equipment base is a separate load-bearing square pipe frame, which raises the height of the main body,and can be equipped with belt conveyors and storage bins below; the base is reserved for foot bolt holes, suitable for factory concrete foundation vibration fixation, and the hollow frame is convenient for bottom cleaning and maintenance.
Pls note:
1) Scrap steel and bales with a density less than 1.4 T/m³ ;
2) Metal bales with wire rope and steel bar cannot be processed,
3) Bales length will be ≤1500mm, the sectional area will be ≤650*650mm

Working principle:
The front part of the pre-shredder equipped with a feeding hopper. Feeding action finished by crane or grab. Inside the pre-shredder body, two rotating rollers with knives are set up for the shredding function. During operation, the hydraulic motor drives the two rollers rotation with different speed. The speed difference and the interlacing of the cutter teeth can break down the car bodies and waste steel packed materials into appropriate sizes. Then, they are transported (or by other conveying methods) to the feed inlet of the hammer mill for further size reduction.
Application:
For used car recycling shredding, and Aluminium sscrap processing, or E-waste material tearing. We put it in the first stage of material processing. So it is called Pre-shredder or primany shredder.

Other Features:
Hydraulic Motor Power Unit
At both ends of the main shaft, large torque radial piston hydraulic motors are directly installed, replacing the traditional motor + reducer structure; Advantages of hydraulic drive: high instantaneous burst torque, automatic pressure relief in overload situations, the material jamming will not damage the power components, suitable for heavy and heavy-load pre-shredding conditions.
Buffer Protection Structure
The hydraulic oil circuit is equipped with an overflow valve and a pressure sensor. Once the crushing load exceeds the standard, the system will immediately reverse the two axes and retract the pusher plate, providing multiple anti-material jamming protections.
PLC Electrical Control Safety System
A separate electrical control cabinet is provided, integrating the start/stop of the entire machine, the forward/reverse rotation of the two axes, the adjustment of the pusher pressure, temperature/oil pressure alarms, safety door locking, and emergency stop protection; it can be linked with upstream and downstream conveying equipment to achieve automated production line linkage.
Dust-proof and Noise Reduction Structure
An all-enclosed box structure is adopted, with a dust collection interface reserved, which can be equipped with a negative pressure dust collection device to reduce crushing dust; the thick steel plate body has its own sound insulation effect, reducing the noise of metal shredding.
