Color Sorter Description:
The AI Intelligent Color Sorter is a new-generation intelligent sorting equipment developed based on machine vision and deep learning AI algorithms. Working Principle:
Materials are conveyed evenly by the belt into the visual inspection area. High-definition industrial cameras capture real-time images of materials. The built-in AI model rapidly analyzes and identifies materials by appearance, color and texture features to distinguish target materials from impurities. The system sends out real-time instructions, and high-speed pneumatic actuators perform precise blowing to achieve automatic separation of different materials.
