Description:

The GREENSORT single-shaft shredder is specially designed for the fine shredding of aluminum scraps, copper cables, etc materials. It is equipped with a large torque reducer and alloy double-sided blades. The shredded materials are uniform and regular, suitable for downstream sorting system. such as magnetic separation and X ray sorting. It comes with an intelligent overload reverse protection function. When encountering hard foreign materials, it automatically discharges and blocks the jam. It can operate continuously and stably for 24 hours and is suitable for mass production conditions in recycling resource factories.

Nonferrous metals which suitable for matching XRT sorting, magnetic separation, and metal purification.

Aluminum: beverage cans, aluminum foil, aluminum sheet, broken aluminum edge materials, waste aluminum profiles;

Copper: waste wires and cables, copper sheet, motor stator copper shells, copper radiators;

Structure:

1)Feed hopper

Wide and open feed bin, suitable for various thin and light metals such as cans, aluminum sheets, copper shavings, thin waste metals, motor casings, waste cables, etc., preventing material bridging and jamming; thickened steel plate welding, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.

2)Main working box

Integral welding of cast steel and thickened steel plate, with a shredding cavity inside; side equipped with a quick-opening maintenance door (green door panel, with lock), allowing for quick replacement of the moving blade, clearing blockage, and internal maintenance without disassembling the entire machine.

3)Hydraulic feeding mechanism

Built-in arc-shaped hydraulic feeding swing arm, continuously pressing and pushing the metal materials towards the blade shaft, preventing thin metals from slipping or floating, and ensuring more continuous and stable shredding.

4)Drive system

High-power industrial motor + heavy-duty hard toothed reducer (low speed, large torque), specifically designed to handle metal cutting impacts;

5)Exterior protective housing, internal overload protection and temperature monitoring, when metal hard materials get stuck, it will automatically reverse to prevent the machine from burning.

6)Core of the blade roller cutting

Single heavy alloy main shaft, equipped with a high-hardness alloy moving blade that can be flipped, the box is fixed with a stationary blade; the moving blade can be used on both sides, and after wear, it can be flipped back to continue use, reducing material cost.

7)Bottom screen discharge system

Below the crushing cavity, a replaceable aperture screen is configured, only metal particles reaching the set size can fall, large pieces of materials remain in the cavity for repeated shearing, and the discharge particle size is uniform and controllable.

8)Shock-absorbing support base

The entire machine is equipped with independent shock-absorbing feet, when shredding metal causes intense vibration, it reduces the shaking and noise of the machine body and protects the bearings and reducer.

Working principle:

Thin and waste metal is fed into the top hopper;

The hydraulic push plate continuously presses the material forward, aligning with the rotating knife roller;

The main shaft drives the moving knife to rotate at high speed, and the moving knife, together with the fixed knife of the box, performs shearing, tearing, and squeezing to break the metal into small pieces;

Metal fragments smaller than the mesh size of the screen fall from the bottom and are transported by the conveyor to the next process;

Large pieces of metal beyond the specification remain in the crushing chamber and are repeatedly crushed until they meet the discharge standards.

Features:

1) Precise and controllable discharge particle size

The bottom screen limits the particle size, ensuring uniform particle size. This significantly improves the efficiency of subsequent magnetic separation, gravity separation, and metal purification, making it a standard pre-device for metal recycling sorting lines.

2)Durable cutting tools with low maintenance costs

The cutting body is forged from wear-resistant alloy steel, with a double-sided cutting design. After wear, it can be flipped for use; the side-opening structure allows for a single-person operation to complete the tool change and cleaning in 30 minutes, with a short downtime.

3) Intelligent heavy-load anti-stuck control system

Built-in current overload and torque protection. When iron blocks or hard debris get stuck, the tool shaft automatically reverses to discharge, preventing motor burnout and blade breakage; it operates stably for 24 hours in industrial settings.

4) Low-noise and shock-absorbing structure

The entire machine has a thickened casing and independent shock-absorbing legs, reducing noise by about 15% compared to ordinary shredders, making it suitable for environmental protection operations in factory areas.

5) Modular customization

The size of the hopper, motor power, sieve mesh size, and pushing pressure can all be customized according to production capacity. The hourly processing capacity covers the range of 0.5 to 12 tons.
